### Was bedeutet die Studie für Euch? Die Autorinnen zeigen, dass Psoriasis und Hashimoto oft ein gemeinsames Problem haben: Das Gleichgewicht der Darmbakterien ist gestört und die Darmwand wird durchlässiger. Dadurch gelangen bakterielle Stoffe ins Blut und feuern das Abwehrsystem an. Das kann Entzündungen in Haut und Schilddrüse verstärken.[1][3][4] Für Euch heißt das: Der Darm ist ein wichtiges Mit‑Organ. Eine vielfältige Darmflora mit vielen Ballaststoffen aus Gemüse, Obst, Hülsenfrüchten und Vollkorn kann die Entzündung eher bremsen. Stark verarbeitete Produkte viel Zucker und Alkohol können sie eher anheizen.[3][6] Auch Probiotika und fermentierte Lebensmittel werden als Ergänzung diskutiert. Die Daten sind noch nicht eindeutig, erste Studien zeigen aber teils geringere Entzündungswerte und bessere Hautwerte.[1][4][6] Wichtig: Das ersetzt keine ärztliche Behandlung. Es kann Eure Therapie sinnvoll unterstützen.
